Skills required:

• Knowledge in Primary and Secondary research from market research will be preferred.

• Hands on experience on MS Excel.

• Willing to work in Shifts

• Knowledge of MS office and basic computer software’s.

• Excellent in communication.

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Analyze, gather and select valid sources of information (both internal and external) to determine market characteristics, measurement of market potential, market share analysis and sales analysis of products and services.

2.      Responsible for the development and recommendation of marketing tactics and strategies through primary and secondary research

3.      Responsible for external marketing research, data extraction, list or lead generation

4.      Collect information from various locations on the Internet such as forums and review websites.

5.      Design questionnaires / topic guides a range of research projects, i.e CATI, CAWI.

6.      Studies conducted on industries like Healthcare, IT, Telecom, Finance and more using Telephone and CATI software.

7.      Excellent in Spoken English and proficient with Microsoft Office.

8.      Primarily responsible for telephonic research and data collection in US/UK.

Compensation: CTC: 2.70-3.60 LPA
