Position:
Roles and Responsibilities: (Relationship Officer)
1. Generate Requirements from existing clients and ensure continuous business from client Assigned.
2. Client mapping to the width and the depth & generate business from different Business Units of client.
3. Maximize the profit margin.
4. Maintaining cordial relations with clients and monitoring the dealings with the clients to retain their support to ensure business growth.
5. Project Planning & Analysis before execution.
6. Ensure project deliveries on schedule and as per client's requirements
7. Resolve customer issues and ensure process improvements to avoid re occurrence
8. Ensure adherence to processes to maintain productivity, quality standards, new technology adoption.
Key Skills Required:
1. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, Good analytical or problem solving skills.
2. Candidates should be good at time management & should have the ability to handle projects independently.
