Dear Students,

Your third major project presentation of the semester is scheduled on 3rd April and 4th April starting 4PM. See the link below for your allocated time slot and panel details.

All the group members are required to join the meeting on time, any delay may lead to penalization. You are also requested to fill up your project details in the following MS Excel file by 9AM on Wednesday 1st APril 2020. In case discrepancies in any of the pre-filled entries mention is in the comments column. There are separate tabs for regular students and students with NOC.

·         Appraisal of projects and property within the area.

·         To ensure due diligence during appraisal and keep a check on frauds relating to property,         
         Adherence to TAT. Collection of market information and update on a periodic basis, Maintain  &   
         Circulate MIS

·         Timely collection and Updating on amendments ( in bye laws ) which may affect  property.

·         Coordinate between Technical, Business, operations, risk, customers etc.( Internal stake holders –  
         Business, Operations, Risk).

·         IMP- Judgment and Decision Making  and Communicating effectively apart Monitoring and 
        Assessing Performance of Vendors to have a Good portfolio.
