Job Description :
The Job Responsibilities of Customer Relationship Officer are:
1. Set up home visits to Current base of Popular Brand customers
2. Gather Customer feedback on Popular brand, the service routine, consumable availability, convenience with the Product Brand franchise, any running AMCs & judge the satisfaction score for the brand
3. Understand the customer concerns, if any & accordingly escalate to ensure satisfactory closure
4. Promote AMC culture to ensure due maintenance of Popular brand as per service specifications
5. Educate the customer on the Popular Brand portfolio of products
6. Build customer confidence to attract new Popular Brand Leads through brand awareness & cross selling
7. Strengthen Customer Relationship with the targeted customer base for any future product/service issues & probable new Popular Brand.
8. Leave behind literature talking about a new organization, befikr involved in home maintenance services as a secured & affordable brand.
A Popular Customer Relationship Officer usually will perform many of the following tasks:
• Getting into the customer’s households; explaining the visit objective
• Engaging on customer feedback; resolving issues if any
• Educating customer on complete/new launch products from the Popular Brand; Direct selling of new products by bringing customer interest
• Popular Brand upgradation, exchange offers if any
Popular Customer Relationship Officer may have direct selling, direct marketing, customer service, responsibilities.
They must be excellent at relationship marketing, customer/brand research, conflict resolution, spoken communication, counseling, reporting and consulting.
