Instructions for Village Visit
All students of third year who have been nominated for visit to village will get-together in front of Block 4 at 0915 hours, after collecting all necessary stores required by them. Student reporting after 0915 will not be taken for the visit and shall be marked absent for the event.
After an initial brief, the bus will depart by 0930h and shall return by 1530h. All students will carry their respective requirements of water and food. A small sum of cash may be carried as students may be allowed to procure tea/ refreshments from the village shops, if they are found to be hygienic.
Students will be properly attired in full trousers, shirts and shoes, as the area is likely to have mosquitoes, insects and reptiles. Caps and other sun protection equipment will also be permitted.
