3rd yr INDUSTRIAL VISIT LIST (Notice)

Reporting time for the students - 9:00 am tomorrow (25.10.18, Thursday) 

1. Students are required to assemble and meet their concerned faculty in-charge.
2. Buses will leave the Students going to Delhi site at Botanical Garden metro station and pick them up after returning.
3. Delhi site students will be taking the metro to reach to the site.  

 Note:

• Safety rules at the site are to be strictly followed.
• No loose clothes.
• Full shoes as Safety shoes is a must.
• Rules are to be strictly followed.
• Always coordinate with the faculty in-charge for any query or issues.

 

Instructions for Village Visit

Instructions for Village Visit

All students of third year who have been nominated for visit to village will get-together in front of Block 4 at 0915 hours, after collecting all necessary stores required by them. Student reporting after 0915 will not be taken for the visit and shall be marked absent for the event.

After an initial brief, the bus will depart by 0930h and shall return by 1530h. All students will carry their respective requirements of water and food. A small sum of cash may be carried as students may be allowed to procure tea/ refreshments from the village shops, if they are found to be hygienic.

Students will be properly attired in full trousers, shirts and shoes, as the area is likely to have mosquitoes, insects and reptiles. Caps and other sun protection equipment will also be permitted.

Visit on 25 October

All  students of 3A and 3B will assemble at room no 204 and 206 today for a brief about the visit.

COMMUNITY CONNECT PROGRAM OF CIVIL ENGINEERING

Classes 3A and 3B are to be taken for Community connect visit next week. Tentative date is 25 October. Attendance for the brief and the visit is compulsory and shall carry marks with suitable credits.

A brief regarding the community connect program will be given to the students on 18 October. All students will be seated in the following class rooms by 1510 hours for the brief.
